Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once the product has been delivered, downloaded, or accessed, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Eligible Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

You purchased the same product more than once by mistake.
You did not receive access to your purchased digital product due to a technical issue that we could not resolve.
The product is significantly different from its description.

Non-Refundable Situations
